Working at the boarding school
Our boarding school allows girls and boys from the age of ten to live on campus during the school year. We support them in academic matters, offer them an educationally valuable leisure program, and give them a 'home away from home'. Openness to the world, mutual respect, and an appreciative approach characterize our diverse and international boarding community.
Our Belief
Pioneering education requires optimal resources and freedom for our teachers. That's why you'll find an environment with us that allows you to fully focus on your educational work.
Together. Diversity. Life
You can look forward to this
- blocked duty with fixed weekly structure
- an experienced and motivated team you can rely on
- working with small groups where the individual counts
- children and young people from all over the world
- space to contribute your interests and strengths
- team events and campus festivals
- a modern workplace in a historical setting
What we wish for
You enjoy working with children and adolescents, are willing to take on responsibility, and value professional exchange within the team. You not only enjoy helping students learn, but also accompany them in their development and have an open ear for their interests, concerns, and worries.
What helps:
- completed teacher training with teaching in the old service law
- empathy and an open demeanor towards children and adolescents combined with assertiveness
- reliability, independence, and flexibility
- willingness to take on weekend, holiday, and possibly substitute duties
- excellent manners
- teamwork skills and organizational talent
